Software wanted for...

hello, happy new year to u all....

this is wat i want....
1. i want a plugin for internet explorer like "Reload Every" for firefox to reload the webpage at every defined interval.
2. another plugin like Greasemonkey for firefox to be used in internet explorer to automatically click on any new links in the webpage.

ok...i know but opera shows certain errors ...and thats why i am shifting to IE...any help will be appreciated....any counterparts of greasemonkey that can be used with IE??.....thanks agagin..
