problem in pictures at IE

my laptop is giving me disturbed or hassy pictures, at IE - pics on the webpages or if searched by pic all the pics r coming hassy, but if I clear the cach, temp folder then the same pics of same site is showing clear.
can any one help?

try to run in no addon mode.
Start-->> All Programs -->> Accessories -->> System Tools-->>Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

post the result.

Reinstall IE

Thanks guys for ur reply: as Ravi said tried to run on no-adon mode - no problem found on that mode, but tht time it was also not showing any prob. in normal mode.
Tried to update to IE7 - same problem presists
Tried to update Windows - same problem presists

want to reinstall IE - pls help to find uninstall procedure

Dont reinstall IE7 now.
Do hot and trial method........by disabling addon one by one.

You can do this like this:
open IE7-->> Tools-->> Manage Add-ons-->> Enable Disable add ons...
