msi.dll missing

I just brought DVD of Fifa 2008.
I am using Windows XP Professional version 2002 + Service Pack 2.
I am getting the following error on inserting FIFA dvd -

it seems u r not able to open the autorun program

there might be a setup file in the dvd , execute it to install the game
