browser display settings or view changed

Dear friends,my browser display setting changed.if i open any web page i am unable to see the background colour ,only letters on white background is what vissible.i think my friend by mistake changed accessibility options.this view is really irritating so plz help in solving this.

Make all the options in the acesibility option default and check if it is solved or not.

start IE-->> tools-->>Internet option-->>Advance-->>Reset internet Explorer setting-->>reset-->>Apply-->>Ok

The web site MONEYCONTROL.COM is geting overlapped. If i untick the
prefernece > contents > Java script then the overlapping does not occur but I am not able to open the the other buttons. Kindly help
