I have found that Mozilla Firefox 1.0.2 (and older versions too) have problem with Digit Forums. When i browse Digit Forums for a while, it suddenly takes a lot of time to load and ends up with "page not found" kind of a message. When I close the tab and open http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum in the next tab, i encounter the same problem again. I need to restart FF in order to solve the problem. I have never encountered such problems with other browsers (Opera, IE and Maxthon). What kind of a problem is this?? What do I do........... I'm a typical FF fan and don't want to use other browsers but......... U see................ |

It happens if you are using the "Tweaked Network Settings", I think digit servers do not allow more than a certain number of requests from your side.

I too have a problem loading the forum page, at times i am not able to do so for 4 to 5 minuits at a streach. Only solution i have is to take a walk come back and try again. One more thing i have noticed is that this problem is more when the number of on line members is > 25. I wonder why.

Hey guys!!! Get the facts clear here..
Digit is unable to take the load during nyts, esp. weekend nyts when the traffic here reaches the peaks.. The fault is not with the browser... Me with a BSNL BBand con. face the same prob both with FF and IE6... It is about time Digit moved to another server which can handle the load...
