Partitioning d Hard drive

hi frendz
i want to resize & delete the partition of my hard disk & portable hard disk.
Please suggest me a handy & free utility as i am doing it 1st time.

If you are regular reader of Digit, then you can find your solution in this month DVD. There is a tool called UBCD (Ultimate Boot CD) which is bootable and in this DVD you can find some user friendly tools that help you to format and part your hard drive.
And if you are not a regular reader of Digit, then you can try Seagate Disk Manager v. 10 either from Seagate website or you can search the link from Google.
