Please HELP me to find right software

Hi all digitians,
thanx for ur time to read my thread and I hope that u will help me find the right software or solution to do the following tasks:-
I need ur valuable suggetions
1. to stop executing .exe files from my CD Drive or USB Drive. I want them to execute only from one particular partition of my hard disk. The files should be copied from CD drive or USB drive to that particular partition but must not run from CD or USB.

I think what he means to say is this.

He has some executable files in his CD/DVD or USB Drive.
Suppose if you click on that executable, it runs from the CD/DVD/USB Drive.

That shouldn't happen. What he wants is
1. Copy the Files to his HDD on a particular location.
2. Then it should only run from a particular location on his HDD.

Say for example there is this file in his CD/DVD/USB drive (say X: ) :
X:\HelloWorld.exe

He wants it to run this file only from this location:
C:\Secret\HelloWorld.exe

Is this what you want to do, rana_punjabi_sardar ?

I got the way to block installsation from CD/DVD by
gpedit.msc>User Configration>administrative Templates>system>Windows Installer>Prevent removable media source to any install>Enable
But I don't know whether it will work for USB drive or not coz I don't have a USB Drive. Any one with a drive can help me.
