Harry Potter and Chamber of Secret.. Not able to play In Xp

Dear Friends & Admin..
I am using Intel pentium 4 2.6 Ghz with 1 Gb of Ddr Ram. With Intel 845GVSR mother Board.

I am able to play harry porter and chamber of secret in Windows 98, But if i install It in Windows Xp it shows Error "Setup.exe is not a valid win32 application".

Following trick i Have done:
Setup > properties > compatibility > compatibility Move > Windows 98/Windows Me. and apply..

But this trick is also not help me any more..

Why it happens in Windows XP only not in Windows 98..
Is there any way through which I can Play It In My Windows XP..
Any trick you have. Please Help Me
