Default plese help me with this mini.dmp error......

hi people
recently when i was working on my p.c it restarted on it's own and it showed the following error(see the pic).
is it a virus or spyware kind of thing?????

my config is 2.8 ht p4, 915 intel mobo, 250gb hdd, 1.5 gb ram.

i searched on the net and found a solutin for this, i simply deleted the files in the minidump folder in windows folder of c drive.

BUT the problem of restarting is still there.........
my system was working fine till yesterday. and the only thing that has changed today is-

1. i played with my ram modules, that is i was testing them for performance.
i have 3x256mb and 1x1gb modules of ram and i was thinking of trying diffrent combinations.so that cud be the reason.

2. i got myself a bsnl brodband connection(home500). they gave me the "ZTE ZXDSL 831All" modem.and i think it is because of this the system is restarting.
i don't exactly have any thing to support this view except my sixth sense.

no virus or spyware !!

somthing with the hardware

put RAMs back to their original configuration

and yes this ZTE can also be the culprit, check the thread in same section for that.
