Philips DivX Player

Hi. I'm planning to buy this DivX player from Indiaplaza.
Indiaplaza.in : Electronics - Audio and Video - Philips DVD Player-DVP3146x

Its the Philips dvp3146x for Rs. 3750/-. How much is its street price. I have to buy it online btw and cannot buy from shops because I have to use a gift voucher. Any other online divx player deal better than this divx player.

Will this be able to play all the xvid encoded movies properly that I download from various Bittorrent sites? Otherwise there'll be no point in buying this.

My basic use is to burn downloaded movies to DVDs and watch them on TV without converting them to dvd format.

Also if the above is very low quality, should I go for either of DVP5150 or DVP5965. Which one of these might be better as they're both identically priced at Rs. 4600. My TV probably doesn't have HDMI port.

Go for Philips DVP 3166 - USB + DivX = 3300

NO need to burn DVDs,, Just connect USB & watch.
