Some Permission related problem in the particualar folder only... All other folders are not like that. It only shows the Access dined problem. How to fix it?

I have a workaround.
1. Create a new folder called x
2. Copy all contents of Siva Research to x
3. Restart in safe mode and press Shift key an delete Siva Research
4. Rename x to Siva Research

Common guys! this is just a permission related problem. just right click on the folder and give yourself read and write permission. Thats it!
