Low disk space erro

When ever I try to install Samsung PC Studio 5 for Samsung Max CDMA mobile it gives an error

" There is not enough space to install these option(s) .pls free up some disk space or modify your selections "

I have 14 GB free space .Iam running windows xp sp2 operating system ...pls help

in which drive you are installing pc studio, may be the other core c : drive where your OS is stored, requires some space to store temporary buffer for these files i think so first verify the space not in the drive where you are likely to install but on the OS drive

Man in C its more than 6 GB is free ..
