SimpleDNS is a free dns query tool which can help you get information on whois, ip whois, dns entries like A record, Nameserver informations, MX - Mail Server entries, Reverse DNS entries for IP's and much more. SimpleDNS doesnot give you any cached or stored results. It provides fresh whois, ip whois results and dns queries are checked live from a random list of stable nameservers and fresh answers are served.

I am not referring the site, instead i am publishing the free prog i have done to query dns). The site, query is absolutely free for anyone to use (not for automated programs) and doesnot require any membership.
