So you want transperant Background for Icons?

I think X Setup and Windows Blinds can do the job.

Right Click on My Computers, then Click Properties

next of the pop up Window, Go to Advance TAB, and click settings under performance section...

There, make sure, iether all available options are turned on or if its set to manual, then make sure, Use drop shadws on desktop icons checked...

it should solve the issue....

Go to Control Panel>System then click the Advanced tab.
Under the "Preformance" heading click settings.
Check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop" and then hit apply.
