No run, No control panel no task manager, properties is showing access denied with which antivirus i can fix this or how can we removed this by editing registry please help me

ok, i'm going to say something really stupid-sounding..... it seems like the "run" shortcut in the start area is broken. So try removing it [go start, rclick the blue header or tail, > properties, start menu, customise, advanced, and uncheck run command. Reboot, and recheck that box. Please don't be too hard on me if this fails, or is just laughable...

If you can run Regedit, then go to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Chang value of dword "NoControlPanel" from 1 to 0.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Change value of dword "NoRun" from 1 to 0.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System]
Change value of dword "DisableTaskMgr" from 1 to 0.

or simply delete these dwords from their respective places and restart.
