Unhappy IE 7 crashing : HELP

Ok i had a similar problem earlier and made a similar plea for help. No body was able to solve the problem. I had to reinstall my os to get rid of the problem. This time around, i am having the same problem - only this time immediately after a fresh install.

Problem is simple. Some sites that am visiting are crashing on me, whenever i am using IE 7. The message that i am getting is..........

The sites are all legal. eg. photobucket.com and even the blog of our very popular members, VG and Kiran Tech Mania.

I am at wits end and i really want a solution. (Not "use Opera/FF")

Os : XP, SP 2
AV : AVG Pro
IE : 7

A Stupid Question: Are you using the original version of Internet Explorer 7?

If you are using a illegal crked version, Microsoft now allows IE7 to be installed on Illegal version of Windows too! Download the Latest version for Microsoft.com

kernel32.dll error caused by some IE Addons trying to access your registry. Disable all AddOns and try to run IE again.

The most probable reason is :
Incompatible extension, Disable all addons, and any toolbar installed....restart IE7.And than run.I think this will fix problem.

you can disable addons like this:
tools-->>Manage add-ons

Also try these:
1) Uninstall all IE toolbars.
2) Uninstall IE7 and reinstall it.

Problem solved. (or so it seems for the time being)

Actually, i had installed Oxford Genie which installs an add-on called Quickfind BHO. I disabled it and everything is working fine.
