Why do you want to do that? It would make no sense at all you know.

Its better if you install both 98 and 2000 in a Virtual Machine Environment. (like Microsoft Virtual PC 2007)
(i.e. Run Windows from inside Windows)

Ok, First thing first - the process is very simple. Install Windows 98 first on drive c:, Then Windows 2000 on drive D: - Fresh installation, then Windows xp Pro on Drive E: - fresh installation.

Second concern - if you install 3 OS's on the same computer then please be aware of boot.ini crash. it happens because windows 98 became absolute now a days. so beware before any action.

It is always recommended from microsoft to install earlier version of windows first.

So,
1) Install win98 on any drive
2) Install win 2000 on any drive
3) Install win XP on any drive

But remembers, no two OS should be installed on same drive. All Os should have separate drive.

Thats it, no special technique.

advice: xp sp2 can do all 98 and 2000 can, as long as you have dos. only some old games like motocross madness don't work(why did you give it then, digit?)

Or, you can also go 98 + xp if you love motocross. 2000 is unnessary. replace it with linux or something.
