MS Office 2003 SP 3 installation issues

I tried to install MS Office 2003 SP 3 from this month's Digit DVD but the installation was not successful as it could not find some CAB files on my computer.

The problem is that now whenever i try to open excel from the start menu the installtion process starts again. But when i try to open excel from the program files folder the excel program opens and i can open any excel document, but in between the installation process starts.

Please help...
