Writing error

Having Windows XP Home Edition(SP2) and Nero-7. When writing from a orginal CD, it says that "Unrecoverable read error at 12.11" and the same line comes one by one indicating the time. How to solve it?

Does this occur with every disk? (it can never happen)

This indicates the physical damage (scratches) of the original disk.. So there is very less chances of success.. u cant solve this..

Though we have methods(toothpaste) to flaten the scratches.. it wont work 100%

Not with every disk,but the CDs having movies files and the line.

its should not happen for all the movie CDs!
