Problem with folder option

I am facing a strange problem!!! In windows explorer --folder option-general tab "use windows classic folder" is selected. Burt every time i changed it to "Show common task in folders" it again goes back to previous setting. Please help me how do i get out from this problem.

Start > Run > Regedit > navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer\

On the Right Pane Delete --
