Recycle bin problem

After deleting unwanted files from windows

.....when i want to completly delete it from recycle bin....some files are not getting deleted....what is the problem????

Can any one suggest me plzzzzzz

Please specify what files you are trying to delete, which OS you use and the error msg you get when you try to delete the file.

Os Is Win Xp Sp2... Error Msg Is "cannont Delete Dc3 The Folder Is Not Empty"
