Simply uninstall 'ForceWare Network Access Manager' from Add/Remove Programs menu.

let me see, azureus, internet failing MOST of the times, hands, crashes, software conflicts etc, and i mean it , its really really annoying

well i uninstalled it....and so far no problem...i mean the internet is working ok...as usual
