AutoStart Download Bitorrent???

is there any way for bitorrent to autostart the download the torrents in its list???
for eg. i want to downloading crysis demo thru bitorrent and the brodband connection i have has night unlimited plan from 2am to 8am.
so, i dont want to wake up at 2am everyday to download big files,

i just want bitorrent to start download at 02:05am and automaticly stop it at 07:55am.

is there a way????

P.S. i will que up the files i want 2 download in bitorrent b4 going 2 sleep...
