Default Javascript disabled in IE7

Guys, somehow for the past 2 days, JS is not working in my IE7. The redirects are not working, flash is not working. I reset IE using the Internet Options, but even that this not solve the problem.

Any way to repair it?

In internet option look for the cookies enable the cookies and see the result.
