Sify broadband client with ubuntu GG

guyz,i renewed my sify acc today.
as i use sify now ,i was wondering how can we make sify client work with Ubuntu 7.10(gusty gibbon).
Or any other method to login.
please help guyz.

it works u have to download a java version u need to dwnld ... its a jar file ... works for os x and linux i dont have a link coz i switched my isp .... call ur sify guy he wil give u the link ... if u dont find it tell me i will try to find the file ....

please find it sify guyz r dumbos.actually i got the sify 256kbps UL for surfing and DL ing at daytime coz i gotMTNL 749 NU plan which rox but gives a big bill in hand if i use it in the daytime.
so find that file.and also tell me how it works as m relatively new to linux
