Redirect to wrong web page! Help!!

I use winxp and recently when i search something in google and when i click on one of the results, it redirects to some kind of search page. I have to go back and try the link for some time to go to the correct web page. now i had to block that page in my internet explorer properties.it only happens to these googled links. please help me to remove this link
