How to get MP3 from movie(dvd) songs?

Can any one tell me how to convert a video song from a movie dvd to mp3/aac. The songs in dvds are not as separate files but attatched with movie itself(though a number of files are there). So how can I convert only that portion of movie which I want to?

First use DVD cutter. (so many available) .Then use xilisoft. select file and save as mp3

i wud Say play the DVD in a WMP or any other software and usin sum good open source Recorder record the song or the thing u want
its the best and save's a lotta tie

Good solution only if you have broadband connection.
