Problem with Opera and IE7

I Have Oper 9.24 installed and IE7 running on windows xp.
Problem is that after some time of opening either opera or IE 7 my PC hangs and i have to restart the PC.
Earlier i was having Opera 9.22 same proble was there so upgraded to 9.24.
also tried opera9.5 beta but same problem is there.

I am using zone alarm 6.5 as firewall and avst as antivirus..

Problem is not with firefox or Maxthon 2 . but I dont like firefox and Maxthon2. I am using Opera last many years. But this problem wasnt there.

how much RAM do u have?

the new version of browsers require a lot of memory

There might be a Memory Problem faced by your system. Have a memory scan by going through this link.

I did memory scan but there was no error and ,, i have 384mb RAM. Also i can use firefox and other browaser without problem... eve photoshop like softwares run smoothly..

Problem is with Opera and IE 7 only.
