Monitor Frequency out of Range

Hi i m having new P4-845chipset board & 15" LG monitor. I have installed win-xp SP2 on C-drive of HDD at my friends home(P4-845 intel 17" monitor).When i attached that HDD on my board then the monitor displays Frequency Out of range(HF & VF) So how to solve this problem.

start you system in safe mode and change the resolution to 800x600 and then restart. I guess this is the procedure.

have u tried to change ur refresh rate or ur resolution???

Well it is always recommended to install OS on own system.The OS will work according to your friends system configuration. But your system has different configuration.So, there is conflict..and so you are not getting proper working.So, mine suggestion is install OS again on your own system.
