Generic host process for win32 services

i get this error every time i start my system up generic host process for win32 services encountered a problem and needed to close . i am not sure what is causing it.

Download and install this critical patch of XP.
It's due to RPC Buffer Overrun.

Download the patch for your OS by clicking on Patch availability link, in the above website

And boot your computer in safe mode and try to install it.
Also, perform and Antivirus scan in safe mode.
