how to remove bois password

is there any way to remove the bios setup password of a hp dxc2000 labtop.
if yer then how.

Open ur CPU.Unplug ur CMOS battery,then replug.Ur computer'll now work

Try to find a reset hole on the underside of the laptop. See if it works. Otherwise, use some BIOS password recovery utility.

Its not easy to get hold of the CMOS battery in a laptop.

Just remove the battery and keep it for 24 hours. I do not know if your bios has a separate button cell as in desktops. Also see this

Yes, even laptops haf button cells. The dimensions may differ tho. My laptop has CR3032.

hey this is a labtop,
some of us given the hints to crack the password in PC......
and there is no such reset hole under side of the labtop .
