USB Problem

I have a problem with my pen drive. I sure it's kind of virus but my AV is not able to detct it. I have 2Gb i-ball open drive. Few days back i had copied a movie from my PC to pen drive. My PC is not inffected that i know because i scan every week. Now whenever i see properties of my drive it shows 1.23 GB space as used all though my drive is empty!!! Whenever i try to refresh in the drive that movie file comes back in the drive. I have even deleted that movie from my PC. So i'm sure it's virus. I've used my AV NOD32 as well as Spybot: S & D . Problem still persists. Can nebody help me out of this.

did u format ur usb? If ys and u r getting this problem then ,
Try Kaspersky 30 day trial....

i'm not able to format my pen drive. But i can safely remove it. Do i still need to use kaspersky. or something else can be done?

download unlocker from here:

Find what is blocking ..and than unlock it, than format your USB drive.
