Exclamation What and how?


Windows XP Home Edition(SP2),Internet Explorer-7 & Opera -9.22. What is the purpose of ActiveX Controls and from where can I get it free? Link?

ActiveX controls are the small software which is needed by some webpages to activate any web based controlles in their site. When you installes the ActiveX then these controlles become active for it's use.

Active X Controls are small software components that add some functionality to applications and web pages. You dont need all of them, just the one your application or web page is using. Mostly when a web page requests an Active X control, you ar asked to download it automatically.
