Best source/help for learning MS-Office

Can anybody suggest a good help or source to learn MS -Office? Do you know of any CBT's? Long back I had purchased a book but lost interest half way through!

Digit has given fasttrack on Ms office. Refer it and enjoy If you don't have that book wait till december as they are going to all fast tracks in the form of PDF files.
