Angry Double clicking on disk drives open cmd prompt

When I double click on any drive in My Computer a command prompt window opens instead of that drive opening.
But when I right click on it & select Open/Explore ,the drive opens.

Please tell me how to fix this problem
Thanks.

OR,

Go to Tools --> Folder Options --> View
Select "Show hidden files & folders" and uncheck "Hide system protected files"

Now, Explore ur drives & delete autorun.inf & other .exe files(if any suspicious)
at the root of drive.

Restart ur computer !

I scanned my comp with NOD32. There doesn't seem to be a virus.

I guess it's got to do with the registry.
Ron,the link u gave is for adding items into the right click menu of the drive.

The problem for me is when I double click(or press enter key) it opens the command prompt instead of opening that drive in windows explorer...

Nod32 sometimes skips the hidden files, same happened to me while scanning a pendrive, it detected virus only when i enabled "show hidden files and system files".

I don't think it's a vrius, it's just an extra context and it doesn't include autorun.ini at all so just do as RON said
