Video plays slower than audio why

Video plays slower than audio why
the file is Vob file

In virtualdub video is playing slowly 1-2 Secs than the audio WHY
Because of this i cant convert the video as the converted video is also 1-2 slow.

I tried to load many different files and the result is 1-2 slow in virtualdub.

Why this is happening. When i play vob in powerdvd player or media player or other player there is no problem. Problem is only in virtualdub

Mine computer has 512 MB Ram

dude why are using virtual dub for conversion purposes, any type of format even i-pod and mobile videos can be converted in to mpeg by using TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER, try this

its not ram its the procerssor

if u r trying to play a higher quality video then u will get sound first n then delayed video


i tried playing the blue ray video of movie trailers from CHIP DVD
i got sound first n video later

NO i am playing Vob files and mine 2nd computer 3.00 Ghz 2 Gb ram also has same problem .

i am talking about some files like 8 out of 100 files not all files.

And also powerdvd player or media player or other player there is no problem. Problem is only in virtualdub.

is it from the original disc or recorded video? or did you convert it to VOB?
