Updated audio problem

i have updated the audio drivers from intel site but i have not heard sound I also updated driver from realtek site but same problem. device manager shows they r working properly. audio valume icone show in tray. i have also checked all connections

That driver may not be compatible.Roll back your audio driver.

In device manger show "Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher"
