XP freezing

i have two OS in my pc one creating problem after finishing boot up system gonna freeze means no movement mouse and keyboard then i started repair XP from CD the after few minutes the CD key window comes for inter XP CD key but again Xp freeze then i restart the system again and the problem still plz guys help me out first time i faced this type of problem

Remove all other external device(printer, pendrive n others) connected to your PC.Than try to repair your XP.If it again hangs between repair process,than remove your graphics card. Than try to repair your XP.

I think this must solve your problem.

If after all these you can't repair your XP..than I am scared you have to do a fresh installation of windows XP.

AS, you said, your system works fine on other OS.This means, this is not a hardware compatibility issue. So, any software installed (i.e. antivirus, firewall, system utilities, etc) is making trouble.

looking @ ur config .... WOW ......

try switching ur RAM ...... & recall which software u INSTALLED recently ....... & try renaming that .exe 2 .aexe ........ try it out .......
