ugly virus plz help me

hi friends my system is infected with a unknown virus its result is when ever i right click on any drive in OPEN and EXPLORE place its showing some chinnese language i am using norton with latest updates plz guide me how can i remove this virus permently....

Did you try any other AntiVirus? Like Kaspersky for Instance?

Just download the Trial Version and let it do a full scan.

Run chkdsk utility and see if it helps.type chkdsk /r at run window.
Norton sux big time switch over to avast,fully update it and run a boot time scan.

If nothing works then reinstall your windows .It is sure to work.
