task manager and system registry is not opening

hi,
i have the problem like that my system registry and task manager has not been working.when i press the ctrl+alt+delete and the error shows the task manager has been disabled by your administrator.when i try to open the registry,it didnt show any errors.but one beep sound has been heared from my headphones.then i went to the gpedit.msc and then disabled the ctrl+alt+del options.then i try to open the task manager it will appears and immediately it will disappears.what can i do?please help me?

Your PC is infected with virus

Download and install a good antivirus like NOD32 trial
Or AVG free
Then Update it
Restart the PC in safe mode
Connect all the flashdrives/External Hdds/Storages
Scan your full system including the external drives (If using NOD32 ->start NOD32 ->select all the drives ->click "scan and clean"

After the cleaning is done restart the PC in normal mode

Start the tool and enable the regedit /folder options/ Task manager
