hi friends. I want to create a movie for my project so can you tell me the best video editing s/w and its free link and if this supports "hindi" language then it will be best.

There is No Best, Even if IT exists, its not Free.

Hindi Language for what? SubTitling/Titling/Credits?
Almost all Video Editing SW supports Hindi Language if you have installed the TrueType Hindi Fonts in your PC.
