Default normal user rightds in win xp


In one of our pc one admin account and a guest account is there. whenever I try to install a program thru guest account it says u do not have rights. How to edit the user rights of guest account and allow it to install programs.

U cannot install anything as a guest. The guest account is made to ensure that the user can not make even the slightest change to system config.

If u want to install stuff, get the admin password, right click on the setup file, choose Run Program As, the enter the admin id and password to run.

y switch 2 both accounts ...... if u r the only user log as admin only & install @ will .........

bt if its public comp then let it b ........

thanks for the replies, we are two users and some times games I want to install from guest account. I will try kumarmohit's trick.
