Exclamation Internet explorer encountered a problem....

I formatted my system recently.I kept one partition of my HDD while formatting intact(F:\).
Now whenever i open F:\ it gives

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close. We are sorry for inconvenience."

Error signature:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 1.1.0.47 ModName: oleaut32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00004cc5

When i click close the window(F:\) doesn't close though.
Also now every partition gives the same error when i open it.

And when i open opera(or any other app) & browse to (F:\) opera crashes.
Also now randomly opera crashes while browsing.I use NOP to browse net on pc.

Plz help me get rid of this problem.

To resolve this problem in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
1. Quit all programs that are running.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. Type: regsvr32 urlmon.dll and then click OK.
4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.
If this does not resolve the problem, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below):
• Shdocvw.dll
• Actxprxy.dll
• Oleaut32.dll
• Mshtml.dll
• Browseui.dll
• Shell32.dll

If you have a retail version of XP you can run sfc /scannow via start/run

This will repair all system files (including IE). You will need to insert your disk.
