Default Time out error during loging at BSNL Brodband


Time out error during loging at BSNL Brodband I have BSNL brodband connection from feb 07. I have no problem to browsing to internet as well as email service of Dataone. But I am unable to administrative loging or Account user loging. During loging it shown Run time error. But from other dataone user my id & passowerd work properly. The BSNL person said that it was problem my PC. I am use XP as OS.
Please help me to servive my problem

go to control panel>modem>properties
in its properties u'll find some time setting option.. i can't remember the exact name..its default setting is 60 secs.. increase it to 90 secs or even 120 secs & apply it..it might help u.. Reply if it working or not..

No
In a Brodband connection of BSNL ther is no requred normal modem.
Requred LAN card & ADSL. So there is no such Modem property

As said by praka123
Use those urls for logging to administrative panel.
make sure you are having the correct username and password
(while logging dont put your username as xyz@dataone,Rather just use xyz )
If unsuccessful the there might be some problem with internet explorer
Try resetting the settings

1. Launch Internet Explorer 6
2. Click on the "Tools" menu option on the Menu Bar
3. Select "Internet Options"
4. Click on the "Security" tab.
5. Click the "Default Level" button under "Security level for this zone"
6. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
7. Click the "Restore Defaults/RESET" button
8. Click "Apply"
9. Click "Ok" to close Internet Options.
10. Close Browser.
11. Restart Browser.

Also try third party tools like "dataone usage finder" (google for download link)
