Adobe Cs3 installation problem

I have WinXp SP2, 1024Mb Memory. Earlier I have installed Adobe CS2 when I get Adobe CS3 i want to installed that, so I have
Unistalled Adobe CS2 and try to install CS3 but I am getting following Error
{ Setup Error :
Setup has Encountered an Errorand cannot continue. Contact Adobe customer support for assistance
The Window Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the
windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance }
I am not running in safe mode. Now when I try to install CS2 I am getting following Error:

Now I dont have Cs2 nor Cs3. Plz help
One more thing msconfig is not running, Volume icon is not showing in systray I have checked volume property, and Window
Media Player 10 is not opening.

May be you need to run a Command,

in Command promt go to location C:\Windows\system32 and type in regsvr32 jscript.dll
