Could someone suggest me a good paid/free Karaoke software, something which works with indian cine songs as well?

That seems fine...

But from where can I get songs (Indian Cine songs) that have Karaoke (aka the lyrics cut, with only the music) in them?

I would suggest you not to go for these. I have tried couple of these softwares but they aren't really good. If you want let me know.

Software based Karoke is possible only if the Voice over track is not steroized. Try YoGen Vocal Remover v3.1 (old version won't work at all)

try vanbasco karoake player. you can play mid and kar files with it
