Default Where is my wallpaper and desktop icons.

1. For two days I am facing some strange problem. In the middle of surfing net if I minimize all the windows I am unable to view my desktop wallpaper and the icons. If any small window like task manager is moved all over the place, I am able to view my wallpaper but no icons are visible (even show desktop icons option selected) and nothing happens when I click on the desktop.
All these problems occur only when my wallpaper and icons are not shown. This happens only when I am logged on.

AFAIK d problem wud occur if u runnin sum processor and/or memory intensive appz

ur hardware is unable to cope up with the computing demands put up by ur appz

ur monitor is not being refreashed immediatley since ur processor is still processing d info forwarded to it earlier while u were surfing

if u usin FF i suggest dat u switch to Opera since FF is a memory hog

Check the processes which you are running while u face the problem. Also check ur CPU usage via TaskManager and close the process which is using max CPU. Then try again.

Else try getting more RAM.

Most probable reason (read 99.9999999% ) is tht FF is a memory hog ... get more mem ... or if u cnt afford tht (like me ) ... stop all unnecessary services and programs

Thanx for the reply friends.

But this problem is not due to cpu uses, or refresh rate, or less amount of RAM.
Though thanx for the concern.
