Problem With My Videos

Dear Friends,
Im having problem with My videos, unable to open it, delete it, move it, rename it, and it was having some stuff but now it shows empty...
The error message is Access Denied...

Im Attaching the photo for the same kindly have a look and solve it...

Do u mean the My Videos Folder?

If it says access denied... then in case if u r not the admin of the system... ur admin might have set those permissions.

It is in my laptop and Im the admin

i suggest u run a scan with a good AV like KAV or NOD32

probably been hit by a virus/worm or sumthin

problem with similar symptoms have been reported by other members 2, but with slight variation tho

I have AVG always on in the memory and no other corruption till yet so many days

is it only dat 1 folder where u face this problem or are there sum other folders also

also are u able to open d Registry & Folder option window?

Try System Restore.... to the days u remember, where it was working

It is only one folder and I can open other folders as well as the registry & folder option window...

It is after I formatted my C: partition and I've not touched D: (data Partition) but then again I set My documents to D: (As it was previous before Formatting C

Now I want to delete this folder I don't think I can get my data back but I want to delete it so that I can make a new folder named My videos......

Any Advice???

It's been Encrypted I guess. Use those guides to get the ownership back and see if it works?

just backup ur data.
