i want a specific tool or a way to get rid of it..!
ive zone alarm installed....its detecting it easily bt i dnt think its able to remove the same..!

It is a spyware. Rather than finding a tool for it, just download and install "SPYBOT S & D", update it's definitions and perform a full system scan in "safe mode".
