IMHO u can safely delete those files without facin ne issues
but just to b safe, i suggest dat u move dem to a diff location and check it out 4 a couple of day (just 2 b tottaly safe

its probably u got lotsa services runnin (win2k3 on my comp moves s progress bar 1.5 times
)
